A Winter Retreat Day
As winter invites us to slow down, this retreat offers the opportunity to pause and reconnect with yourself and step into the new year with renewed clarity and intention.
Join Megan for a beautifully curated day of movement, rest, creativity and connection.
We'll begin with an uplifting Dynamic Vinyasa Flow to awaken the body and calm the mind before enjoying a relaxed lunch together at Bryers coffee shop. Returning to the East Leake Pavilion, you'll create your own vision board through a guided workshop, reflecting on what matters most and setting meaningful intentions for the year ahead.
The day concludes with a deeply nourishing Yin Yoga practice, guided relaxation and a closing circle, leaving you feeling grounded, restored and ready for the season ahead.
What to Expect❋ Two Yoga ClassesA 90-minute Dynamic Vinyasa Yoga practice in the morning and a 75-minute Yin Yoga Practice in the afternoon

❋ Vision Board to take HomeGuided vision board workshop session (all materials provided) and you will be able to take your vision board home with you

This retreat is suitable for anyone who enjoys yoga and would like a day to pause, reflect and reconnect.
Options will be offered throughout the yoga practices, making the day suitable for those with some previous yoga experience.
